At our helm is CEO Kim Chang-soo, a visionary with over 15 years of experience in business development and strategic planning in the IT industry. However, his roots are firmly planted in agricultural soil. Growing up with parents who dedicated their lives to farming, Mr. Kim witnessed firsthand the challenges and hard work involved in traditional agriculture. This experience ignited his passion to bridge the gap between modern technology and the world of farming.

Led by a CTO with 5 years of experience in tech startups and a former researcher from a major corporation, this team is responsible for designing everything from the automated control systems to the complex AI algorithms. Agricultural Scientists (R&D): Our technology is grounded in deep plant science. Our R&D team, which includes researchers from the Seoul National University Agriculture and Life Science R&D team, works tirelessly to perfect the growth “recipes” for each crop. They conduct experiments to determine the optimal light spectrums, nutrient levels, and environmental conditions to maximize yield and quality.
Global Business Development and Marketing: Having a great product is only half the battle. Our business development and marketing team, with expertise in both domestic and international markets (especially Vietnam and Indonesia), works to build partnerships, understand customer needs, and bring our solutions to the global market.
